• Images Uploaded for OCR: Photos or screenshots sent to our backend for processing.

• Device information (OS, device type, diagnostics).
• Usage information strictly for app functionality and stability.

• To provide app functionality.

We use trusted third-party cloud services such as Microsoft Azure to host servers and perform OCR.

• OCR images are deleted after processing unless saved by the user.
• Course, player, and scorecard data remain until manually removed.
• Diagnostic logs are retained only as needed.

The GolfMatch app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
